Mego Afek specializes in manufacture of non-invasive medical devices, pressure control systems and high-frequency welded products including inflatable structures and components.

Mego Afek is divided into two sectors:

The Medical Division produces non-invasive medical compression therapy systems for treatment of lymphatic / circulatory disorders and deep vein thrombosis prophylaxis; aesthetic massage therapy systems; and stationary exercise devices for circulatory enhancement. Product lines include our world-renowned Lympha Press® compression therapy systems, Lympha Press® Equine veterinary compression therapy systems, Ballancer® systems for aesthetic lymphatic massage, and our unique Lightfeet® and Flightfeet™ pedal exercisers for circulatory enhancement at home and during travel.

The High Frequency Welding Division produces made-to-order and mass production high-frequency welded products for industry, healthcare, military, and consumer markets. Our products include biological/chemical warfare protective gear; disposables and reusables for the medical device, pharmaceutical, and food industry; specialty and novelty items for advertising; and large-scale items such as inflatable buildings and environmental containment systems. Mego Afek specializes in OEM manufacturing as well as its brand-name products. Our OEM services include design and manufacture, through packing and shipping from our factory to the client's customers.

Facilities:
Mego Afek's 3,000 square meters of manufacturing space include complete on-site design and engineering, as well as manufacturing, assembly, CNC machining and HF welding facilities. Our manufacturing and quality control systems are certified compliant with ISO 9001 and EN 46001 (upgrade to ISO 9001:2000/13485:2003 in process, expected 1sr quarter 2004).
